Donna E. Lane

I've spent my professional life helping people with various aspects of mental health, equipping clients, students, families, and yes - even nations in crisis - to tap into who God created them to be, understand how He has wired us as human beings, and discover that the Kingdom of God is within us - always.

I'm married to David Lane, who is also an author, professor, and counselor. We enjoy working and writing together. Our passion is to help others explore and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, and our work and our writings are geared toward that goal. We have three children: Hayden, a teacher who is married to Natalie, has two children, Coen and Petra; Lindsey, a veterinarian who lives in Colorado Springs and is married to Kyle; and Cody, our youngest son, who passed away in 2007 at age 17 from a degenerative neurological disorder. Much of my writing and professional work with grief and loss is informed by my own experiences through the illness and death of my son.
